Aurora City Brew Club Wins Gold for Heavy Medal Club at The Brewhut’s 2023 Homebrew Competition
ACBC club members took home first place for the Club Heavy Medal Five out of 15 clubs at the The Brewhut’s Annual Homebrew competition this past weekend. Winning a total of 3 gold medals, 6 silver medals, and 2 bronze metals, the club made their presence known in this competition. Club member Raymond Schultz also took home 2nd for the Brewer Heavy Medal, receiving two gold medals and one silver medal for his beers in this competition. Here is a breakdown of all of the brass awarded to ACBC club members.

- Jessica Finlay-Schultz & Raymond Schultz – Unce – 26A: Belgian Single (1st place)
- Jessica Finlay-Schultz & Raymond Schultz – Fee Tines A Mady – 26C: Belgian Tripel (2nd place)
- Raymond Schultz & Jessica Finlay-Schultz – Cherry Cider – C2B: Cider with Other Fruit (2nd place)
- Raymond Schultz & Jessica Finlay-Schultz – Foam On the Range Flanders Red – 23B: Flanders Red Ale (1st place)
